Legal Compliance
SR Suntour conducts its operations in full compliance with all applicable local and international laws and regulations relevant to its business activities. Internal policies are reviewed and updated as necessary to reflect new legal requirements and regulatory changes applicable to the company's operations. When differences between local laws and international laws happen, SR Suntour will enforce the highest level of protection or compliance.
Business Integrity
SR Suntour conducts its business with integrity, professionalism, transparency, and mutual respect. All transactions are carried out in good faith. SR Suntour strictly prohibits all forms of unethical or deceptive practices, including but not limited to corruption, bribery, embezzlement, misuse of company resources, fraud, and anti-competitive behavior.
Data Protection & Confidentiality
SR Suntour complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and continuously monitors other applicable data protection laws and regulations relevant to its business activities. SR Suntour safeguards all confidential information, including but not limited to technical know-how, patents, business information, and trade secrets exchanged with customers, through secure information management systems. SR Suntour also protects the personal data of its employees against unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure, or destruction.
Employment Practices & Forced Labor Prevention
SR Suntour is committed to providing equal treatment and opportunities for all employees, regardless of nationality. All employees, including foreign migrant workers and local employees, are treated equally under SR Suntour's policies. SR Suntour does not engage in and strictly prohibits all forms of forced, bonded, indentured, or prison labor, as well as any form of coercion, modern slavery, or human trafficking. We ensure that all employees are employed voluntarily and have the right to terminate their employment freely, with reasonable notice, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. To further strengthen our commitment to ethical employment practices, SR Suntour has implemented the following policies:
  • Employees are not required to pay any fees to obtain or maintain their employment. All recruitment fees and related costs are borne by SR Suntour. (Please refer to the Zero Recruitment Fee Policy.)
  • Employees retain possession and control of their personal documents at all times, including passports, identity documents, and work permits.
  • Employees have full freedom of movement during and outside working hours, subject only to reasonable, proportionate, and lawful restrictions related to safety, security, or residential arrangements, and without coercion or penalty
  • Employment terms and conditions are communicated clearly to all new and prospective employees in a language they understand before employment begins.
  • SR Suntour does not and will not withhold wages, intimidate employees, threaten employees, or misuse legal or immigration processes to restrict an employee's freedom or rights.
  • Harassment or Abuse
    SR Suntour is committed to providing a workplace where every employee is treated with respect and dignity, and where everyone can work in an environment free from harassment, abuse, and any form of inhumane or degrading treatment. SR Suntour strictly prohibits all forms of physical, sexual, psychological, and verbal harassment or abuse, whether committed by supervisors, managers, colleagues, security personnel, contractors, customers, or any other third party. This includes, but is not limited to, unwelcome conduct, threats, intimidation, bullying, discrimination, coercion, and exploitation in any form. All reports of harassment or abuse will be taken seriously and investigated promptly, fairly, and confidentially. Appropriate corrective and disciplinary action will be taken in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and SR Suntour's internal policies.
    Non-Discrimination

SR Suntour strictly prohibits discrimination in any aspect of employment, including but not limited to recruitment, hiring, compensation, training and development, promotion, discipline, termination, retirement, or any other employment-related decision.     Employee Safety and Health
    Ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of our employees is a top priority at SR Suntour. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment by identifying and controlling workplace hazards, promoting injury and illness prevention, and continually improving our occupational health and safety practices.
    Child Labor & Young Workers
    SR Suntour strictly prohibits the employment of child labor and complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the minimum legal working age. Unless otherwise permitted by applicable local laws and regulations, SR Suntour does not employ workers under the age of 15 except under circumstances allowed by law. Where employees age is within 15 – 18 years old, SR Suntour ensures that they are not assigned to hazardous work, night work, overtime, or any tasks or working conditions that may jeopardize their health, safety, education, development, or moral well-being. SR Suntour implements appropriate safeguards for all young workers, including compliance with applicable restrictions on working hours, rest periods, and job assignments. Special care is taken to protect the rights, health, safety, and overall well-being of young workers in accordance with applicable laws and internationally recognized labor standards.
    Wages, Working Hours & Benefits
    SR Suntour complies with all applicable labor laws and regulations governing wages, working hours, overtime, leave, and employee benefits in every country and region where it operates. Employee wages, working hours, and benefits are determined in accordance with the applicable labor laws and regulations of each location. SR Suntour is committed to meeting or exceeding applicable legal requirements wherever possible. SR Suntour is committed to providing fair and equitable wages, working hours, and benefits to all employees, regardless of nationality or employment status. Foreign migrant workers and local employees receive equal treatment in accordance with applicable laws, company policies, and the principle of non-discrimination.
    Freedom of association & Right of Collective Bargaining
    SR Suntour respects and upholds the rights of employees to freedom of association and collective bargaining, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Employees are free to raise concerns, communicate with management, and participate in lawful employee representative organizations without fear of discrimination, retaliation, intimidation, or harassment. SR Suntour encourages open communication and constructive dialogue between employees and management to foster a workplace built on mutual trust, respect, and collaboration.
    Transparency & Accountability
    SR Suntour is committed to fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct throughout its operations. A confidential and accessible grievance mechanism is available to all employees, enabling them to raise concerns, report misconduct, or submit complaints without fear of retaliation. All reports and grievances are handled promptly, fairly, impartially, and, where appropriate, confidentially, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. SR Suntour encourages employees to report any suspected violations of this Code of Conduct, company policies, or applicable laws. All reports are taken seriously and investigated objectively. Individuals who report concerns in good faith are protected from retaliation or adverse treatment. By promoting transparency, accountability, and open communication, SR Suntour reinforces a workplace culture built on integrity, mutual trust, and continuous improvement.
    Disciplinary Measures
    SR Suntour strictly prohibits all forms of corporal punishment, physical or psychological coercion, verbal abuse, violence, humiliation, intimidation, or any other form of inhumane or degrading treatment as a disciplinary measure. All disciplinary actions are administered fairly, consistently, and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Disciplinary procedures are clearly defined, communicated to employees in a language they understand, and properly documented. Employees are provided with the opportunity to understand the reasons for any disciplinary action taken against them and, where appropriate, to respond through established grievance or appeal procedures. Disciplinary measures are intended to promote accountability, reinforce ethical conduct, and maintain a safe, respectful, and professional workplace.
    Environmental Protection
    SR Suntour is committed to conducting its operations in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner. We strive to minimize the environmental impact of our activities through compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations, the efficient use of natural resources, waste reduction, pollution prevention, and the continual improvement of our environmental management practices.
