Zero Recruitment Fee Policy

Upholding our core values of respecting human rights and safeguarding labor rights, SR SUNTOUR has fully implemented the "Zero Recruitment Fee" policy, effective July 1, 2026. From this date onwards, we pledge that no foreign migrant workers shall bear any recruitment-related fees or expenses throughout the recruitment, hiring, and employment process.

This policy is applicable to all foreign migrant workers employed by SR SUNTOUR. Any recruitment fees incurred either in the country of origin (home country of the staff) or in the destination country (place of work) shall be fully borne by SR Suntour. The scope of the Zero Recruitment Fee policy covers, but is not limited to, recruitment fees, agency fees, visa fees, medical examination costs, and transportation expenses.

SR Suntour will strictly monitor and ensure that all cooperating recruitment agencies comply with this policy, prohibiting them from charging migrant workers any form of recruitment fee. If it is verified that a migrant worker has paid any recruitment-related fees during the recruitment process, SR Suntour will immediately initiate an investigation. Based on the findings, we will execute a reimbursement process, protect our colleagues' rights, and continuously refine our management mechanisms.

SR Suntour will continue to adhere international human rights principles and applicable laws and regulations to promote fair recruitment and fulfill our corporate social responsibility.
